This will assist in the smooth running of your appointment and give you more time to chat before you treatment, as I offer a FREE minute consultation. If however, you have health issues, you may have to book a more detailed consultation at a small charge of £10.00. (30 minutes). If so please do this before booking your scheduled appointment; if need be. This will help to establish the best treatment plan for you and any conditions you may have.

Or you can complete my contact form or send a message via website, giving full details of which treatment you would like to book. (all treatments are listed here on my website, offering you either a 30 minutes or 1 hour treatment). Giving brief details of any health issues if you have any or perhaps your just looking to chill; if no health issues. Also please give ideal times and days most suited. (see opening times). Once received, I will reply with available times. Please note that I have a new booking policy, all appointments will now require a deposit of £15.00 (which will go some way to cover my costs lost) if you fail to keep your appointment, this obviously comes off your full treatment price. The booking deposit is NOT refundable but if your looking to your treatment, this will not be a problem. The remaining fee to be paid on the day in cash or my bank transfer before leaving the premises. Once confirmed and deposit paid, I will send confirmation of your booking.

At Alikease Beauty & Holistic Therapies, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure that all clients have the opportunity to schedule appointments in a timely manner, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot and adjust our schedule accordingly. Booking fee will not be returned.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a

50% of the scheduled service cost].

• No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. If this is not paid a decision by management will be made to keep you or remove you from our books, this will be determined on an individual basis.
• Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, or the appointment may be cancelled entirely, with the no-show fee applied. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late, but we cannot guarantee the full service time.

We understand that life is unpredictable, and emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule or cancel your appointment, depending on the situation. Please note the booking fee will be not be returned.
