At Alikease Beauty & Holistic Therapies, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure that all clients have the opportunity to schedule appointments in a timely manner, we have established the following cancellation policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot and adjust our schedule accordingly. Booking fee will not be returned. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% of the remaining scheduled service cost. No-shows (failure to attend an appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. If this is not paid a decision by management will be made to keep you or remove you from our books, this will be determined on an individual basis. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, or the appointment may be cancelled entirely, with the no-show fee applied. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late, but we cannot guarantee the full service time. We understand that life is unpredictable, and emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule or cancel your appointment, depending on the situation. Please note the booking fee will be not be returned.
